**A Snow Emergency has been declared for Wednesday, February 3rd.** Snow Removal will begin tomorrow at approximately 7:00 AM. ALL vehicles parked on city streets must be moved when directed to do so by the WPD. We ask all residents to have their vehicles cleaned off and ready to be moved, to avoid any undue delays. ANY VEHICLE STILL PARKED ON A CITY STREET WHEN DPW CREWS ARRIVE WILL BE TICKETED AND TOWED. A snow removal hotline with a recorded message can be reached at 518-270-3823.
