On February 25th, 2020 at approximately 8:00 AM Aijeleth Farmer (DOB 5/16/96) was arrested on an active arrest warrant issued out of the Watervliet City Court. The warrant was the result of a thorough investigation performed by the Watervliet Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Unit which was conducted over the course of several months. It is alleged that the defendant, who resides in the city of Albany, was traveling into the city of Watervliet to sell illegal narcotics. Aijeleth Farmer was charged with PL 220.39 (1) Criminal Sale of Narcotics in the 3rd degree which is a class B felony. The defendant was arraigned on the charge and released on his own recognizance.
