Watervliet resident Paul E. Rostick was arrested in the town of Colonie on Tuesday, February 11th, 2020.  Rostick was accused of robbing a Taco Bell in Colonie and subsequently released due to newly enacted NYS bail reforms. Eight days later on Wednesday Februrary 19th, Rostick was arrested by the Watervliet Police Department twice in a three hour span on unrelated charges. Per NYS bail reforms Rostick was again released on an appearance ticket.
