Today is the nationally held “Coffee with a Cop” day! Officers from the Watervliet Police Department were in front of the station participating in the event from 7:30AM-9:30PM. Coffee and refreshments were provided with items donated from Price Chopper and Chris’s Coffee. Officers met with members of the community to discuss a variety of things from what is going on their neighborhoods and how we can help, to just having casual conversations and meeting members of our agency. This was a very positive event and is something we will be looking forward to doing again next year as well!
